Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to facilitate employee relations and mediate HR issues. You will work with both staff and management to resolve concerns and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires a degree related to HR or business, at least 1 year in Employee Relations, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Familiarity with labor laws is a plus; willingness to coordinate with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Sociology or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations or equivalent.
• Leadership and industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures employees’ compliance with company rules and regulations of the code of discipline.
• Conducts case investigations; prepares documentation and recommendations for corrective actions; facilitates admin hearing.
• Prepares and issues disciplinary actions, contracts, labor-related notices and papers.
• Follow through on issuance of employment contracts and other notices.
• Assists staff regionally on employee relations issues, with recommended courses of action.
• Monitors behavioral and attitudinal issues and addresses appropriate action.
• Communicates HR policies related to employee relations.
• Participates in seminars/workshops to stay updated on labor laws.
