Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations and a range of HR programs in our Philippines operations. The role focuses on compliance, payroll and benefits administration, performance and talent development, and-day-to-day HR support across teams.

You will partner with departments to ensure smooth operations, address inquiries, and uphold a People First culture in a dynamic BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings, and the like.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, health and safety, and training and development.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and talent management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
