You will oversee HR operations, labor relations, talent management, and governance across multiple locations, designing dashboards and metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 12–15 years HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven leadership across multiple locations and large employee populations.
• Strong strategic HR management, compensation, and labor relations background.
• Demonstrated manpower cost management and HR transformation experience.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Serve as strategic adviser on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR governance, policy development, and standardization across units.
• Lead organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
