Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Manager for Strategic Organizational Development in Cebu City. You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and compensation strategy to align with growth and regulatory requirements.

You will own performance management, learning and development, and HR analytics, partnering with Leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure organizational capability and culture excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field with MBA/MAHRM preferred.
• At least 6 years HR experience in strategic HR/OD/total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and wage orders.
• Experience in job evaluation and competency framework design.
• Proficient in HR analytics and HRIS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business writing skills.
• Active PMAP membership or CHRP/SHRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling workforce plan aligned with growth and succession needs.
• Design and update organizational structures, job levels, and reporting hierarchies.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and STIP framework.
• Own and improve the KRA-KPI performance management framework.
• Oversee annual Training Needs Analysis and Annual Training Plan.
• Update HR policies and lead Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR analytics dashboards and strategic reporting to leadership.
