Qualifications

• Experience in a broad HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or similar people-focused role.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using data and insights to support people-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand organizational needs and provide guidance on people-related matters.
• Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives to help ensure a positive employee experience.
• Partner with stakeholders on talent development activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace matters, facilitating conversations and resolving issues.
• Support employee engagement efforts, feedback programs, and action planning initiatives.
• Help manage employee lifecycle activities, including transitions and employee support programs.
• Support performance management processes and talent discussions, and contribute to succession planning and organization effectiveness efforts.
