Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an HR Analyst to transform workforce data into insights that improve business decisions and support HR operations in Cebu.

You will develop recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and analytics, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive workforce planning, compensation analysis, and HR system optimization with a strong emphasis on data accuracy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR analytics, people analytics, HRIS, or related analytical role.
• Experience with large datasets and translating analysis into business insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
• HRIS/HCM experience; UKG is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-unit, high-volume environment is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting and dashboards across headcount, turnover, retention, labor, compensation, recruiting, and other key people metrics.
• Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting and analytical needs and develop analyses that support business decisions.
• Support workforce planning and labor analysis, including headcount modeling, payroll and labor trends, organizational changes, and staffing needs.
• Support compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, pay modeling, program analysis, and other compensation initiatives.
• Support ongoing optimization of HR systems, including workflow enhancements, reporting capabilities, system configuration, testing, and data integrity.
