The role focuses on building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, performing audits for data quality, and developing predictive models to anticipate workforce needs while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in data analysis, preferably HR or people analytics.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers workforce data from HRIS, payroll, recruitment, and performance systems.
• Validates and maintains accuracy of HR data through audits and quality checks.
• Identifies trends in turnover, engagement, hiring, and compensation.
• Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leaders and management.
• Creates dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Develops predictive models to anticipate workforce needs.
• Ensures HR data reporting meets legal and regulatory requirements.
• Translates data into actionable recommendations for HR strategies.
