You will partner with senior leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce, mentor the HR team, promote a positive culture, and ensure labor law compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the financial services, investment, banking, or FinTech industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
