Job summary

Intelligent E-Processes Technologies Corp., a San Miguel Holdings subsidiary, seeks an experienced Human Resources & Admin Manager to lead HR strategy and administrative services across the organization.

You will bridge management and employees, oversee recruitment, training, compensation, compliance, and a robust performance appraisal system while maintaining a positive work environment and day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioural Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in HR management, administrative services, or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefit programs.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies and reviewing contracts.
