Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Admin & HR Manager to lead all HR operations and administrative functions in the Philippines. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and policy compliance.

The role focuses on strategic workforce management, staffing for faculty and administrative positions, and coaching the HR/administrative team to deliver effective organizational support.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Ability to manage payroll coordination and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and separations.
• Develop manpower plans for all departments and support staff.
• Lead recruitment and selection for faculty and administrative positions.
• Partner with department heads on staffing requirements and workforce concerns.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and policies.
• Monitor staffing levels and recruitment priorities.
• Oversee payroll inputs, benefits, and government requirements.
