Private Advertiser in Canlubang, Laguna, Philippines seeks an HRGA Section Head to oversee HR and administrative functions. The role ensures alignment of HR processes with organizational goals and leads a team to handle staffing, training, payroll and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proven HR/administration experience, and strong knowledge of HR laws. Strong leadership and MS Excel skills are essential for effective reporting and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or general administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and employment regulations
• Process payroll, 1601C, and benefits related reports (PHIC, HDMF, SSS)
• Facilitate final pay computation and generation of 2316
• Spearhead company events
• Oversee office administration functions, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management
• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between departments
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Prepare and present HR and administrative reports to senior management
• Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate appropriate training programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
