Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a field-based Healthcare Sales Professional to engage with healthcare professionals, explain Baxter’s indications, product efficacy, and safety profiles to support on-label use for appropriate patients.

You will develop local strategies with commercial leaders to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the assigned territory, while complying with regulations and Baxter’s Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of business operations and pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrates ownership and urgency in achieving results.
• Proficient with basic PC tools (Word, PPT and Excel).
• Able to write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and achieve sales quota within the assigned territory.
• Identify and call on existing and prospective customers to meet needs through targeted selling.
• Apply therapy and product knowledge to differentiate Baxter products and address questions.
• Monitor results vs forecasts and participate in market potential assessment.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Coordinate major marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and campaigns.
• Provide feedback for policy, pricing changes, and tenders.
• Ensure adherence to Baxter’s Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
