The role focuses on Baxter’s capital medical equipment and healthcare technology portfolios, working with distributors, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities, support tender activities, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in capital medical equipment or hospital solutions.
• Experience managing distributors and hospital accounts.
• Proven track record of growing distributor-led businesses and complex healthcare sales.
• Experience supporting tender-driven sales environments and distributor negotiations is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong distributor partnerships to drive growth.
• Build long-term distributor loyalty and position Baxter as the partner of choice.
• Lead territory and account strategies; implement growth plans.
• Collaborate with distributors to identify, develop, and close new opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and hospital leadership teams.
• Support tender submissions and contract negotiations; drive capital equipment opportunities.
• Provide product education and clinical workshops to distributors and customers.
• Communicate clinical, operational, and financial value of Baxter solutions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
