You will manage client portfolios, lead revenue and profitability efforts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored insurance and benefits solutions.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor pipeline health, review utilization data, and act as a trusted advisor to optimize value for our partners and clients.

• Lead client retention initiatives and deliver value propositions.
