Qualifications

• Experience in managing corporate client relationships.
• Ability to coordinate with broking, claims, and risk teams.
• Familiarity with risk and underwriting data gathering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as main day‑to‑day contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts through responsive communication.
• Monitor client risk changes and coordinate appropriate responses with senior team.
• Support AR activities for assigned accounts including billing follow‑up.
