Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to retain and grow client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and identify opportunities across corporate accounts. You will interface with senior client decision-makers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate servicing and risk management.

The role emphasizes proactive account management, collaboration with broking and placement teams, and maintaining comprehensive client records while supporting renewal processes and service

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts through responsive communication.
• Monitor client developments and escalate risk changes to senior team members.
• Support accounts receivable activities for assigned accounts, including follow-up on billing.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver contracted services.
• Maintain client files and documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
