Aon Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Philippines, Inc is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Business Development (Health Solutions) to lead strategic accounts, engage C-suite executives, and close complex enterprise deals in health solutions across the Philippines.

You will build targeted growth strategies, maintain a robust pipeline, and represent the firm in key client and industry engagements while benefiting from our Smart Working and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition of strategic accounts and large-scale business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other senior executives.
• Drive executive-level sales discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Develop and execute targeted account penetration and growth strategies.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified, high-value opportunities.
• Represent the organization in key client, industry, and executive engagements.
