Job summary

Anton Paar Philippines seeks a visionary General Manager to lead its Sales and Service Subsidiary in the Philippines, based in Alabang. You will drive profitable growth, oversee operations, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring execution of strategic objectives.

You will lead a 14-person team and collaborate with the APAC Regional Director and Global HQ to implement effective processes and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/ process industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; economics is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales management and strategic execution.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of sales and service management processes.
• Proven ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Philippine market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales and Service Subsidiary in the Philippines based in Alabang, directing a team of 14 employees.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain continuous collaboration with the APAC Regional Director and Global Headquarters.
• Implement and monitor processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales and service activities.
• Plan and control annual sales and cost budgets.
• Provide strong leadership and foster professional development of the team.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies and regulations.
