Job summary

Guntner Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share. You will identify new opportunities, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to win business.

You will manage end-to-end sales, nurture relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely quotations and follow-ups while hitting targets and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business opportunities to grow a portfolio of accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships.
• Foster sales performance and maximize account profitability.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on inquiries with technical support.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the manager.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
