Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in site leadership, operations, or country/general management.
• SaaS, tech-enabled services, or BPO/shared services experience.
• Open to Director/VP-level leaders who can step into a General Manager capacity.
• Proven ability to influence in matrixed, global organizations without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural leadership.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• High ownership mindset with autonomy and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead site leadership and strategic impact for Manila, aligning with global priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and HR.
• Improve operational metrics such as CSAT, NPS, SLA adherence, and delivery performance.
• Foster engagement, culture, and talent development locally.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and budget oversight with vendors and external partners.
