Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience required.
• 2+ years of people-management or team leadership.
• Strong coaching, goal-setting, and performance management.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team in achieving revenue targets and growth.
• Personally generate new business opportunities and close deals.
• Coach, evaluate, and inspire the Inside Sales Representatives.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership.
