Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Manager to lead nationwide sales operations across the Philippines. You will develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, manage sales teams, and expand market presence.

You will monitor performance, collaborate with Marketing, build distributor relationships, and travel nationwide to guide regional teams and ensure successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, OTC, or Consumer Products.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or national sales leadership role.
• Proven experience managing nationwide sales operations and sales teams.
• Strong background in distributor management and business development.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies and plans.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage sales performance across different territories and channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support product launches and sales campaigns.
• Ensure proper execution of sales programs, promotions, and company policies.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance to regional/area sales teams.
