Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive business and management experience, including substantial senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing multi-functional or shared-services operations.
• Experience working within an international or multinational business environment.
• Demonstrated responsibility for financial performance, budgeting, organizational development, and operational strategy.
• Experience establishing, scaling, restructuring, or managing offshore or international operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and direction for Philippine operations.
• Develop and execute the Philippine business and operating strategy in alignment with the Company’s global objectives.
• Translate international corporate strategy into local operating plans, structures, and objectives.
• Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership regarding Philippine operations and risks.
• Represent the Philippine organization in strategic discussions with international leadership, clients, partners, and advisers.
• Maintain executive oversight of operations and shared-services functions.
• Ensure Philippine operations meet service levels, productivity, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Establish scalable processes and management systems to support growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across the organization.
• Maintain executive oversight of financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and capital needs.
• Coordinate with Finance to establish annual budgets and targets.
• Monitor performance against budgets and implement corrective actions.
