Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in food sales, distribution sales, or channel account management.
• Strong knowledge of distributor networks and food industry sales processes.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term commercial relationships.
• Experience analyzing sales reports, margins, and market performance data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel for distributor meetings, customer visits, and trade events.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with food distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Drive sales growth across assigned territories and distribution channels.
• Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Identify new business opportunities in retail, foodservice, and wholesale markets.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and sales agreements with distribution partners.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to guide strategy.
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Train distributor sales teams on product features, positioning, and selling points.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, account reports, and performance updates.
