Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a capable sales professional to manage relationships with food distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in Metro Manila. The role focuses on driving sales across various distribution channels and ensuring product availability through strong coordination with supply chains.

You will analyze sales data, identify opportunities across retail, foodservice, and wholesale sectors, and support campaigns and launches with distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, food science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in food sales, distribution sales, or channel account management.
• Strong knowledge of distributor networks and food industry sales processes.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build long-term commercial relationships.
• Experience analyzing sales reports, margins, and market performance data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel for distributor meetings, customer visits, and trade events.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
