Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives and manage key client relationships. You will work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely proposals and deals, while driving growth across major accounts and new markets.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and robust leadership to guide sales staff and deliver quarterly targets within a dynamic market landscape.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields.
• At least 4 years in sales and marketing; 2 years supervisory in sales; 1 year in managerial capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with awareness of corporate protocol.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and innovativeness; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement sales strategies to retain and expand markets; grow major accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, their representatives, and internal departments to resolve sales-related issues.
• Lead acquisition of new accounts; ensure timely and accurate proposals.
• Ensure swift closure of deals through timely proposals and contract signing.
• Submit monthly sales reports to CEO and Finance/Accounting Manager.
• Coordinate with Finance on receivables and aging for assigned accounts.
• Support follow-ups for accounts needing sales intervention with key clients.
• Address client concerns, disputes, or delays affecting payments; resolve billing issues.
• Develop annual plans, programs, targets, and budgets; oversee implementation.
• Monitor sales staff performance; enforce discipline and career development.
