Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines preferred.
• Goal oriented with strong planning and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating plans and objectives aligned with sales strategies.
• Organize and plan sales strategies to reach targets and profitability.
• Review prices to maximize contribution and bidding success.
• Oversee promotions and advertising as part of the sales program.
• Maintain sound relations with customers and suppliers.
• Recruit and assign qualified personnel to cover customers.
• Ensure training of sales staff; coordinate with other departments on credit/collection issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
