Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. is seeking a Financial Reporting Planning Specialist - Krispy Kreme to join our Finance team in the Philippines. You will coordinate financial planning activities and ensure accurate, timely reporting to support strategic objectives for Krispy Kreme operations.

The role requires GAAP knowledge, ERP and accounting software proficiency, advanced Excel and modelling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. CPA/CMA is desirable and FP&A familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial accounting or reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and consolidation.
• Strong attention to detail and error resolution abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in food & beverage or retail industry preferred.
• FP&A familiarity is advantageous.
