Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. in Metro Manila invites a senior finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to translate data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance within FMCG/retail or fast-paced sectors, strong Excel skills, and a business mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Cost Finance, or Management Accounting.
Experience in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Manufacturing, or other fast-paced industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and management reporting.
Solid understanding of P&L, profitability, margins, pricing, and cost drivers.
Experience in Commercial Finance, Channel Finance, Cost Accounting, or Business Partnering is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Experience in preparing financial reports, variance analysis, business cases, and financial projections.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen and ability to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
CPA is an advantage but not required.
