Krispy Kreme Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to deliver financial analysis, commercial insights, and business support to drive profitability and help achieve targets.
The role involves preparing profitability reports, forecasting, budgeting support, and collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities.
Responsible for providing financial analysis, commercial insights, and business support to help Krispy Kreme Philippines make informed decisions, improve profitability, and achieve business targets.
Prepare and analyze sales, revenue, cost, and profitability reports.
Monitor commercial performance across stores, channels, products, and business units.
Analyze actual vs. budget vs. forecast and identify key variances.
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and business projections.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Provide financial analysis for new stores, promotions, pricing, and commercial initiatives.
Monitor key financial KPIs such as sales growth, gross margin, labor cost, food cost, and store profitability.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Prepare management reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.
Conduct profitability and ROI analysis for promotions, campaigns, and business projects.
Maintain accurate financial and commercial databases and dashboards.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and business planning requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or business analytics.
Experience in retail, food & beverage, FMCG, or multi-store operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into business insights.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
