Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. seeks a Supply Planning Associate to join the Krispy Kreme Head Office team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will help ensure our supply of Krispy Kreme products meets customer demand across our network of retail stores.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to forecast demand, manage procurement and distribution of materials, monitor inventory, and drive process improvements to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply/demand planning, preferably retail/CPG.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in SCM software and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to forecast demand.
• Manage procurement and distribution of raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock holdings.
• Develop and implement supply planning strategies to support growth.
• Review and improve planning processes and tools to boost efficiency.
