Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. seeks a Supply Planning Associate to join the Krispy Kreme Head Office team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will help ensure our supply of Krispy Kreme products meets customer demand across our network of retail stores.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to forecast demand, manage procurement and distribution of materials, monitor inventory, and drive process improvements to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply/demand planning, preferably retail/CPG.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in SCM software and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

We're looking for a talented Supply Planning Associate to join our Krispy Kreme Head Office team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our supply of Krispy Kreme products meets customer demand across our network of retail stores. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and optimise our supply planning processes, driving efficiency and profitability.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to analyse demand data and develop accurate sales forecasts


• Manage the procurement and distribution of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to meet production targets


• Identify and resolve supply chain issues to minimise disruptions and ensure on-time delivery


• Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock holdings to maintain the right balance of supply and demand


• Develop and implement supply planning strategies to support the company's growth and expansion plans


• Continuously review and improve supply planning processes and tools to increase efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field


• 1-2 years of experience in a supply planning or demand planning role, ideally within the retail or consumer products industry


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools


• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
