Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Specialist (Cost Accounting) to support cost accounting and inventory management across assigned SBUs in a retail/F&B environment.

You will ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of inventory and cost data, while supporting financial reporting. The role combines hybrid work from Makati and Pasig Satellite Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in accounting, inventory, or related role.
• Experience in retail, food, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/POS systems is a plus.

• Support cost accounting and inventory management across assigned SBUs.
• Ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of inventory and cost data.
