Job summary

EY Philippines invites a seasoned finance leader to join as ASEAN BU SL Finance Lead. You will provide strategic financial counsel to the BU SL Leader, shape budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term plans, and ensure strong financial governance across the service line.

You will mentor the finance team, partner with leaders across functions, and drive cost transformation while delivering accurate reporting and insights to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy, a CPA or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ experience in finance-related roles and at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in proactive strategic analyses and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and timely financial advice and leadership for the ASEAN BU SL.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the ASEAN BU SL.
• Monitor financial results and drive cost avoidance and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Drive technology transformation and standard reporting across the Service Line.
