KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned finance leader to own the Philippine finance and accounting function for a multinational business serving automotive and industrial markets; onsite in BGC, 8:00–5:00, with first and last Saturdays of each month.

You will drive budgeting, internal controls, ERP and SAP migration, and partner with regional HQ to align business plans with capital investments, while developing a lean finance team and maintaining strong relationships

Qualifikationen

• Active Philippine CPA license required.
• 20+ years in accounting/finance with senior leadership.
• Experience leading end-to-end finance for a multinational entity.

Aufgaben

• Own the full finance and accounting function for the Philippine business.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with clear analyses.
• Maintain internal controls, audit, risk, and compliance with tax and IFRS.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relations.
• Partner with GM and regional HQ on plans and investments.
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, inventory, costing, logistics.
• Own ERP and finance systems agenda; SAP migration and data integrity.
• Lead and develop a lean finance team; manage external partners.
