Emerging Business Solutions in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Accountant/Finance Lead to supervise daily accounting and finance operations and guide the team in compliance and reporting. You will partner with management on financial planning and decision-making and support related HR/admin functions.

The role emphasizes strong internal controls, accurate financial statements, and timely payroll & statutory filings within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7-10 years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and accounting operations.
• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, tax regs and internal controls.
• Experience with payroll, contractor payments, insurance, inventory and import transactions.
• Proficient in XERO, SAP, QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting and finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and policies.
• Manage payroll, payments, inventory transactions, and contractor disbursements.
• Monitor internal controls and support audit requirements.
• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.
• Provide support for administrative and HR-related functions as needed.
