Job summary

Brink's Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Finance Lead to direct the country’s financial operations from its Manila area office. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, treasury, and internal controls, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial statements.

You will work closely with the President and regional teams on strategic initiatives, manage tax planning to optimize cash flows, and lead a finance team including Controllers and Admin Managers in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Experience leading a finance team including Controllers and Managers.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and Philippine regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget revenue, gross margins, overheads, PBITA, and CAPEX planning and reporting.
• Develop tax strategies to optimize cash flows and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with President and Regional Office on financial issues and strategy.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators; oversee controls.
