Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced finance professional to prepare management and statutory reports and perform financial analysis for the business.

You will assist the Head of Department in monthly management meetings, prepare the group’s management report and reporting package, partner with business units, manage budgeting, and liaise with external auditors. You will help maintain group policies and drive governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have professional accounting qualification.
• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management and statutory reports, including financial analysis of the business.
• Assist HOD in monthly management meetings, including preparation of Group’s monthly management report and reporting package.
• Business partnering with business unit owner.
• Manage budgeting process for assigned entity.
• Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for assigned entity.
• Up-keep the Group’s financial policies in aligning to international accounting and auditing standards as well as local statutory guidelines.
• Assist HOD to roll out group-wide initiatives in the areas of corporate governance, internal control, group policy and enterprise risk management.
• Liaise with outsourced HR vendor for employee record and payroll matters.
• Compile reports for HR Management reporting, including but not limited to compliance, ESG, workplace health and safety, etc.
• Assist HOD in other group projects.
