Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Supervising Associate in Finance & Planning Analytics to partner with senior finance leaders, delivering financial analysis, reporting and budgeting support.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide analytical insight, and introduce innovative reporting while collaborating with data scientists and data engineers across the business.

Qualifications

• Graduate and/or professional certification in business/finance.
• 4+ years of finance or business analysis experience with at least 3 years in supervisory, analytical, forecasting and budgeting roles.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting processes to ensure timely completion of cycles and reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to drive alignment for operational initiatives.
• Work with data scientists and data engineers to co-create data-driven solutions.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with insights, financial analysis and commentary.
• Respond to ad-hoc financial questions from Finance and senior leadership to advance decision making.
