Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an elite Executive Assistant to the COO with 6–10 years in accounting/finance. You will partner with the COO to strengthen financial discipline, improve performance reporting, and streamline cross‑functional processes in Pasig City (on-site).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance; MBA preferred but not required.
6–10 years in accounting/corporate finance.
Solid knowledge of financial statements, basic taxation, and local compliance.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/reporting software.

Responsibilities

Support COO with corporate financial discipline and performance reporting.
Analyze financial statements and translate data into strategic insights.
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and systems alignment.
