Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master/MBA preferred.
• CPA or CFA designation highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting; at least 2 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, variance analyses, and performance reports to senior management.
• Support the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop accurate budgets.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Update financial forecasts on a regular basis to reflect changes in business conditions.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in consolidation of financial reports for different business units and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit process and address audit findings.
• Monitor and manage cash flow for liquidity and investments.
• Develop cash management policies to optimize cash utilization.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining effective internal controls.
• Support the finance team and provide guidance to members.
• Provide financial insights to strategic initiatives and planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
