Qualifications

• At least 6–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and standard accounting/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• The EA will work closely with the COO to support financial discipline, strengthen reporting, and improve business processes.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and drive process improvements across departments.
• Support alignment of systems across departments.
