Job summary

Electro-Mechanical Systems International Limited in the Philippines seeks a market builder with deep B2B technical sales experience to open doors with national distributors and owner-led businesses, building trust and demand.

You will develop 12–24 month territory and channel strategies, lead prospects through discovery to closing, form new partnerships, and coordinate with EMSI's Philadelphia headquarters and manufacturers to drive profitable, repeatable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in the Philippines
• Active network among national and regional electrical distributors
• Proven success opening accounts and generating revenue
• Understanding distributor economics, pricing and credit
• Engineering/technical background preferred
• Fluent English; Filipino/Tagalog preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop 12– to 24-month territory and channel strategies prioritizing distributors and end-user segments
• Lead opportunities from prospecting through needs discovery, technical positioning, proposals, negotiation, closing and first order
• Secure new regional and national distributor partnerships while expanding existing accounts through field engagement
• Deliver credible product presentations and hands-on demonstrations; coordinate with EMSI and manufacturers
• Exercise sound pricing, margin, credit, inventory, lead times and customer commitments for profitable growth
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects and report risks and next actions
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales and Philadelphia HQ to address market needs and opportunities
