Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales or client relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations and negotiations.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong relationship management skills.
Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Analyze customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support business growth.
Collaborate with management in identifying cost-effective business opportunities.
Research prospects and generate leads.
Conduct cold calls, arrange meetings, and prepare/send quotations and proposals.

Understand client needs and align company solutions accordingly.
Prepare weekly objectives and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Create activity reports, action plans, and sales calendars.
