DwightSteel Building Systems Inc. in the Philippines seeks a proactive Sales professional to expand the client base. The role focuses on field sales, exceptional customer service, and strong communication to foster lasting client relationships in manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, or a related business field, with or without prior manufacturing sales experience. The position offers commission and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related course.
• With or without sales experience in manufacturing is encouraged to apply
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written
• Excellent presentation skills
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and can operate motorcycle or four-wheeled vehicle

Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
• Conduct fieldwork to boost sales through selling activities and visits to both current and prospective client.
• Generating high-quality sales leads and following up with clients via phone or in person after initial contact.
• Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
• Preparing of proposals and quotes.
