Responsibilities

• Meet annual targets of sales, new accounts, and customer satisfaction.
• Gain technical knowledge of all company products for presentations or demonstrations.
• Maintain complete list of customers and sales records.
• Attend sales activities such as product presentations, meetings, site inspections, conferences, launches.
• Liaises with customers on project issues and collections.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction per policy.
