Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Head of Executive Search to lead and scale the organization’s leadership recruitment practice. The role blends business development, client advisory, and operational leadership to drive growth and top-tier placements.

You will oversee Practice Leads, ensure premium search delivery, and act as a trusted advisor on executive hiring strategies and organizational growth initiatives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in executive search or senior recruitment.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale executive search delivery for top clients.
• Develop new business and expand the client portfolio.
• Coach and manage Practice Leads to hit quotas.
• Advise senior leadership on talent strategy and acquisitions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee recruitment processes from mapping to placement.
• Collaborate with ExeCom on growth initiatives.
