Job summary

Latte Search seeks an HR Operations leader to run performance management, employee experience/retention, and onboarding/offboarding as one integrated function across client entities. You will supervise the HR Analysts and Generalists, ensure process integration, and monitor SLA compliance while standardizing workflows and reporting.

The role requires 7–10 years of HR management/operations experience, 3–4 years leading a multi-function HR team, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
• 7–10 years of HR management or operations experience
• 3–4 years managing a multi-function HR team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR reporting/monitoring tools
• Strong cross-functional coordination, supervisory, and analytical skills
• Able to manage competing priorities across multiple HR sub-functions
• Willing to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations across Performance & Growth, Employee Experience & Retention, and Onboarding & Offboarding.
• Supervise HR Analysts and Generalists on the team.
• Ensure processes stay aligned and SLA monitoring is in place.
• Maintain standardized workflows, templates, and trackers.
• Consolidate and submit HR reports to the HR Director within timelines.
• Coach direct reports on execution quality and their development.
• Escalate issues to the HR Director and coordinate with Payroll, Legal, etc.
