Job summary

Latte Search is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap and guide project implementation from start to turnover. You will position technology to meet client needs while ensuring sales margins and revenue growth.

In this role you will develop a holistic profile of the client’s business, advise on prior installations for new requirements, and drive targets to expand the assigned technology's enterprise footprint across engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any Computer related course.
• Certifications in various computing and digital technologies.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in diverse IT technologies including servers, storage, virtualization, networking and security.
• IT consultancy, Product research, or technical-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap positioning assigned technology that meets the client's needs and allows for sales margin and revenue
• Serve as the Technical Lead during project implementation until turnover
• Develop appropriate and holistic profile of the client's business
• Make new recommendations on previous installations for additional client requirements
• Achieve targets that will grow the assigned technology and/or solutions' enterprise business
