Job summary

M and J Solutions Provider, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to craft strategies that secure enterprise opportunities and manage corporate accounts in the Philippines.

You will lead new business development, upsell and cross-sell enterprise solutions, and translate complex customer requirements into compelling presentations and proposals.

Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are expected, with a degree in Business/Marketing and a minimum of three years in B2B sales.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing.
• B2B corporate solutions sales background preferred.
• Solutions selling experience, preferably in telecommunications/mobile messaging industry.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong passion in selling with dynamic presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales pitch strategies to secure enterprise opportunities.
• Manage the division's corporate accounts and maintain a high level of sales achievement.
• Target new sales, create new accounts and exploit new business opportunities.
• Manage and drive sales of enterprise solutions to achieve business plan targets.
• Manage acquired key accounts by upselling and cross-selling solutions to increase revenues.
• Understand customer's multiple complex requirements and formulate and translate required application platforms into proposed solutions and presentations.
• Prepare all client presentations and proposals for business development projects or tenders.
